Recurring oil subscriptions

When you choose a subscription, your selected oil renews at the price and frequency disclosed before purchase. Our current oil plans renew monthly. Shipping and applicable taxes are additional. Standard shipping is $9 per shipment, or free when the merchandise subtotal is $100 or more after discounts and before taxes and shipping. Each renewal is assessed separately.

Managing or cancelling an oil-only subscription

Oil-only subscriptions can be cancelled without a cancellation penalty before the next charge. Use your subscription management link for available controls, or email hello@nuovoscent.com before your next renewal for help. Request changes before the next charge; an order already being prepared may not be changeable.

Free AirLite diffuser offer

The free-diffuser offer requires 13 paid monthly oil orders, including the first order. The diffuser ships once; only the oil renews. If you cancel before completing 13 paid orders and keep the diffuser, a $69.99 diffuser fee applies and is invoiced separately. Contact hello@nuovoscent.com before your next renewal for cancellation help.

An eligible complete unused set returned within 30 days of delivery avoids the diffuser fee and ends the offer commitment. Contact us first for return authorization and instructions. The diffuser and all oils from that order must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts and accessories. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind complete-set returns; original shipping is not refunded. See our Return and refund policy for full eligibility and refund details.

Skipped deliveries

The free-diffuser offer allows two skipped deliveries. Contact us before your next renewal for help arranging a skip. A skipped delivery is not a paid order and does not count toward the 13-paid-order commitment.

Your existing subscription

The terms disclosed and accepted when you enrolled govern your subscription. Later policy updates do not add a fee or commitment to an existing order or reduce existing rights. Removing items from a cart, unsubscribing from marketing messages, or returning an item does not by itself cancel future subscription renewals. Use your subscription management link or contact us to request cancellation. Rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
