About these terms

This website is operated by Nuovoscent LLC, a Michigan business. These terms apply to use of www.nuovoscent.com and purchases directly from us. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Contact us at hello@nuovoscent.com.

Our Privacy policy, Return and refund policy, and any subscription or promotion terms expressly accepted with your order explain the relevant parts of your purchase. Specific offer terms control the offer where they differ from general terms, subject to applicable law.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement, or have an authorized parent or guardian make the purchase. Provide accurate order and contact details and protect your account access. Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, or attempts to compromise its security.

Products and orders

Review the product model, size, compatibility, quantity, purchase type, and total before ordering. Images and screen colors may vary from the actual product. Styled room images illustrate a setting; included products are identified in the listing. Product availability can change. We may contact you to correct a material listing or pricing error rather than change your order without consent; if an order cannot be fulfilled, we will refund amounts collected for the cancelled items and associated charges as appropriate.

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless expressly indicated otherwise. Shipping, discounts, and applicable taxes are shown before payment. A free diffuser offer includes a paid recurring oil subscription and is subject to the specific commitment disclosed and accepted before purchase. It is not an unconditional gift or a free oil trial.

Subscriptions and marketing are separate

Oil-only subscriptions can be cancelled without a penalty before the next charge. Free-diffuser offer conditions apply only where separately disclosed and accepted. The price, billing frequency, and any offer commitment must be disclosed before you authorize recurring charges. Contact us at hello@nuovoscent.com for help managing or cancelling your subscription. Marketing email or text enrollment is optional and is not required to purchase. Giving contact information for fulfillment does not by itself enroll you in promotional messages.

Care and safe use

Follow the instructions supplied for your exact diffuser, oil, candle, spray, or reed diffuser. Do not ingest fragrance products or use diffuser oil on skin. Check compatibility before use and keep products out of reach of children and pets. Stop use if irritation occurs. We do not promise that every fragrance is suitable for every person, pet, or environment. Product-specific safety instructions take precedence over general care suggestions.

Returns, defects, and consumer rights

Our return policy distinguishes change-of-mind returns from defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Any separately provided written warranty supplements your legal rights. These terms do not disclaim implied warranties or exclude remedies that applicable law provides.

Website content and third parties

Nuovoscent branding and website content are owned by us or used with permission. You may use the website to shop and learn about our products; you may not reproduce protected materials for commercial use without authorization. Third-party links and services are governed by their own applicable terms. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability, and will work to resolve reported errors.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms for future use and purchases by posting a revised version. Material changes to existing subscriptions will be communicated and handled according to applicable law; updated terms do not retroactively add fees or remove accrued rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here requires arbitration, waives class-action rights, or prevents you from seeking remedies in an appropriate court or contacting a regulator.
